Having
problems listening?
Another
program may be telling your machine to do the wrong thing
with a .pls file.
Make
sure you have the current version of iTunes or Winamp
installed on your computer.
Right
click on the Listen Live! and copy the link location (
http://207.67.118.230:8000/listen.pls
).
Open
Winamp, choose File>Play URL (Ctrl L) and paste the
link into the box. Click "Open." The stream
should start.
If
that doesn't permannently fix it, try re-installing Winamp,
reboot your machine. Clicking on the Listen Live! link
and the stream should start.
If
your machine asks you what to do the file see if you can
open it with a program of your choice. Choose iTunes or
Winamp.
If
that all fails, run Windows Explorer (in your programs
menu). Go to Tools>Folder Options>File Types
Find
the .pls file type in the list and if it's not associated
with Winamp, click Change. If you regularly use Itunes,
select that. If you don't use iTunes, select Winamp as
the program of choice to run it.
That
should take care of it...clicking on the Listen Now link
should bring up the proper program..until some other program
on your machine takes over that file type again. If it
does, then just take the above steps again.
